The melts included in your box will have the same fragrance, ensuring a harmonious experience. This way, you can enjoy the comforting aroma from the candle and the aroma lamp without any conflicting scents.
Each product comes with specific usage instructions. For example, you can melt the wax in the aroma lamp for soothing scents or brew the crafted teas for a calming experience. Enjoy exploring the different ways to enhance your well-being!
Absolutely! Our wellness boxes make perfect gifts. Additionally, gift certificates are available, so your loved ones can choose their own favorite wellness items.
Ordering
We offer the convenience of placing orders without the necessity of creating an account. Simply browse our selection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout without the need for account registration.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

Shipping&Refunds
Your order is typically on its way within 1-3 days, provided everything’s in stock and the order details remain the same. Once you've selected your shipping option, we handle the rest! If any unexpected delay comes up, we’ll reach out right away to keep you informed every step of the way.
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey to you!
If something’s not quite right with your order, just drop us a message at calmistryspace@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it with a replacement or refund—no fuss, just here to make it right for you!
We’re happy to accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can’t take back opened or used items. Got questions about a specific box? Just send us a message—we’re here to help!
If you qualify for a return, just reach out to us at calmistryspace@gmail.com with your order number and details. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive the returned item.
